Ingredients
- 200g choc chip brioche.
- 3eggs.
- 500ml milk.
- 125ml double cream.
- 40g softvbrown suger plus 40g to sprinkle on top.
Method
- Heat oven to 190 degees celcius.
- Grease a shallow dish
- Aranage briche in dish .
- Whisk the eggs ,mike, cream and 40g suger together.
- Pour liquid over the brioche.
- Leave for 20 minutes for the brioche to soak up the liquid.
- Sprinkle 40g suger over the top.
- Put in oven for 40 minutes.
