Chocolate chip brioche pudding

Ingredients
  • 200g choc chip brioche.
  • 3eggs.
  • 500ml milk.
  • 125ml double cream.
  • 40g softvbrown suger plus 40g to sprinkle on top.   




Method
  1. Heat oven to 190 degees celcius.
  2. Grease a shallow dish
  3. Aranage briche in dish .
  4. Whisk the eggs ,mike, cream and 40g suger together.
  5. Pour liquid over the brioche.
  6. Leave for 20 minutes for the brioche to soak up the liquid.
  7. Sprinkle 40g suger over the top.
  8. Put in oven for 40 minutes.
